1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using algotrades.xyz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

algotrades.xyz provides algorithmic trading tools that connect to third-party broker platforms (MetaAPI, cTrader) to execute trades on your behalf based on automated strategies. The Platform does not provide financial advice, and all trading decisions are made by the automated strategies you choose to activate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all broker API tokens and credentials you provide to the Platform.
  • You must use your own funded trading accounts — the Platform does not provide capital.
  • You are solely responsible for monitoring your account and managing risk.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

  • Automated trading strategies can and do lose money.
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • The Platform's risk management tools reduce but do not eliminate risk.
  • Technical failures (network outages, API errors) may prevent timely trade execution.

6. No Financial Advice

The Platform and its operators do not provide investment advice, tax advice, or financial planning services. Strategy signals are generated algorithmically and should not be construed as personal financial recommendations.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform connects to third-party services (MetaAPI, broker platforms, Supabase). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party services. Your use of broker platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, algotrades.xyz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Platform interface.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
